So, I asked them to ship the sample right away and was convinced by the fact that it is a perfect on-the-go-snack, but I think it’s necessary to take it a step further and share my views.
I always look for the best protein bar to get a quick hit of protein without having to take out my blender. It is not too bad for a protein bar, however, the only issue can be that if you’re looking to consume less calories, Max Protein Choco Fudge just won’t make the cut. On the bright side, this bar is rich in cocoa and its dominating nutty flavor makes it a perfect choice for chocolate lovers. In my opinion, it can act as a perfect meal replacer, balanced with nutrient benefits providing a fudgy delight. Bottom line – As tasty as it may feel, use it only as a “2 Minute Lunch” in case you have a busy lifestyle.
You can easily delve into the refreshing flavors of this protein bar. Wondering why? Well, it’s because the impeccable blend of honey and lemons gives this bar a unique nectarous and tangy flavor which makes it more delectable. No wonder these bars can taste so freaking good to those who just hate the taste of chocolate. With a perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats, it has 20.0 g protein, 10.5 g fat, 3.8 g saturated fat, 11.4 g sugar and 281 calories in a serving size of 70 gram. If you’re looking for a wholesome, natural and healthy bar, Max Protein Honey Lemon can be the best option for you as it gives you a power packed mini-meal to boost your power throughout the day.
This one is by far my favorite and for a reason. Max Protein Choco Slim contains 20.0 g of protein, 9.8 g fat, 4.0 g saturated fat, 3.9 g sugar and only 13.8 g net-carb which makes it an excellent post workout protein bar. One great thing about the Max Protein Choco Slim protein bar is that this sugar free bar has a candied taste of chocolate brownie. Here’s the clincher – This bar has the least amount of sugar and total fat out of the trio. After a hard grind in the gym, this is surely something that you can look forward too.
Max Protein bars contain high protein and low carbs; thus, making them a healthy snack. This means that there won’t be much of an issue if in case you leave your protein bar in your gym bag, in the car etc.
One quick tip, if you decide to try Max Protein bars, consume it within 30 minutes post exercise as an ideal meal replacement, as it’ll help to strengthen your muscle mass, thus enhancing the benefit of your workout.
