Anything and I mean ‘Anything’ that we do, we do it for a reason. Many a times, we do not know the reason behind what we are doing, but you can be rest assured that there is one. And if you search hard enough, you will uncover it. If you are keen on a muscle building program, step one for you is to find your driving force, the reason why you want to do it in the first place.

This is also the case in fitness. Some probably do it to look good or feel good or to have an overall healthier approach to living. Or to become stronger or more energetic.

Find out why it is that you want results. Make a list of all the benefits you will receive when you start working out and getting in shape. Start thinking, acting and feeling like you are already enjoying these benefits. How does it feel to be lean, energetic and full of life? How about having that great feeling all the time? Being able to enjoy the level of fitness you’ve always wanted.
